Trust
IndiePay helps manage UPI payment flows. It does not handle the money.
Use this page to understand IndiePay's role in direct-to-seller UPI payments, verification, Connect app permissions, refunds, credits, KYC, GST, and data handling.
Money flow
IndiePay does not receive, hold, settle, escrow, or process customer funds. Customers pay directly to the seller UPI account configured by the merchant.
Payment verification
IndiePay helps sellers verify UPI payments using payment references, UTRs, connected device signals where enabled, merchant settings, and dashboard review.
Connect app permissions
The Connect app supports payment verification workflows. IndiePay does not ask for banking passwords, OTPs, card details, or UPI PINs.
KYC and GST
IndiePay should not be read as a no-KYC or no-GST promise. Sellers remain responsible for applicable business, tax, account, platform, and legal obligations.
Refunds
Customer payment refunds are handled by the merchant through their own UPI or banking channel unless a specific IndiePay-supported refund flow is available.
Credits and pricing
IndiePay uses pay-as-you-go credits rather than a monthly subscription. Any active pricing, limits, credits, and usage rules should be reviewed in the dashboard before use.
Data handling
IndiePay uses account, customer, payment-flow, verification, device, API, and support data to provide the product. Review the Privacy Policy for details.
Public docs boundary
Developer documentation is available after login. The public website is for merchant understanding, trust, and acquisition.
The short version
IndiePay is a UPI selling and payment management platform. It helps sellers create pages, links, buttons, customer records, order records, and verification workflows. Customer payments go directly to the seller UPI account.
