Information you provide directly may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, UPI ID or VPA, account details, support messages, uploaded business or verification information, and any details you choose to share while using IndiePay.

Information generated through use of the services may include transaction amount, timestamp, payer or payee identifiers, UPI transaction ID or UTR, order reference, payment status, webhook logs, API activity, device details, IP address, browser or user-agent data, diagnostics, and analytics events.

Where you use device-assisted verification features, IndiePay may process payment notification data needed to identify UPI credits, such as amount, reference number, payer information, timestamp, and message metadata. We do not use this access to read unrelated personal content.

How we use information

We use information to operate payment links, buttons, seller pages, storefronts, APIs, device verification, transaction matching, dashboard reporting, account management, support, billing, security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and compliance workflows.
